In the first instance, your contact in warranty issues is always the salesperson or installing dealer. However, we would also be pleased to help with direct processing between you and us. Especially if it just involves processing a loose or already removed part, this is the best way to get your device back up and running again quickly.
With us, you don’t have to initiate an RMA process (or similar). However, in many cases, even ‘first aid measures’ on site are possible; you can carry them out yourself in collaboration with our telephone support team. Often enough, nothing has to be sent in then.
